He studied at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Rome and later at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris, where he developed a personal visual language that mixed Syrian heritage with European modern art influences. His paintings often feature symbolic faces, figures, villages, and spiritual references, blending abstraction, surrealism, and figuration. His work was influenced by the colors and textures of the Syrian countryside, as well as Christian, Muslim, and Assyrian symbolism.
